Description
I realized that I haven't done any PC backgrounds for Minato yet, so this is for all his fans.
It looks small, but when stretched for large screens, it doesn't blur too much. (And it works well with wider screens.)
Also, partially for ~ArisaChan98
for pointing out that I didn't have anything for Minato in my wallpapers. Hope you enjoy!
